How much do you charge?
The cost of each job depends on the level of service required, the magnitude of the work, its complexity, the materials required, and the amount of time required for completion. Our estimators are very skilled at coming to these answers efficiently and accurately.

Absolutely! Please understand that we are a company whose quality and reputation create a large demand for our services. It is not feasible to come to you immediately, however, we strive to maximize our days and to offer each potential client expedient service appointments.

What products do you use?

What is R-Value?
R-value is a unit of measurement that indicates the ability of a material to resist the flow of heat through an object or material. A higher number indicates that the object or material has a higher insulating capability via a strong resistance to heat loss.
The R-value is a very useful measurement. However, it only measures conduction: where heat escapes through solid objects, which accounts for only 20% of a building’s heat loss. The balance of heat escapes via air moving from one place to another, known as convection.
How much insulation should my home have?
Generally, R-40 is recommended for most attics. This translates into approximately 11″ of blown cellulose, 15″ of blown fibreglass, or 6.5″ of sprayed foam insulation.
How do you install insulation in my attic?
Cellulose Installation
Cellulose is pneumatically placed using a truck mounted insulation machine. The material is pumped through a three-inch wide hose up to the attic, where the installer carefully applies the required thickness.
Spray Foam Installation
The product is sprayed directly onto the work surface (many substrates will accept foam). It is applied as a liquid, using a hose and spray gun set up. It is a combination of two substances that blend together on contact and immediately transform into thick foam, permanently in place, creating an air-tight seal on any surface it is applied to. The curing process happens within seconds.
Why would I remove my insulation?
Insulation is often removed when it is damaged by smoke, water, mould or animal infestation. It can also be removed if the homeowner wishes to switch insulating materials, i.e. from fibreglass to blown cellulose insulation.
Can we be in our home while insulation is being installed?
Yes. Off-gassing is minimal from all of our products, as per government enforced policies. However, you may wish to avoid the noise and equipment. The choice is yours. Homeowners must be off-site for abatement of asbestos or vermiculite.
